Job description and responsibilities
- Prepare Regional month end schedules, reports and reconciliations for Asia Pacific countries and China for US consolidation
- Support monthly closing process related to accounting including but not limited to ensuring accuracy of all month end reports and monitoring for country completion of monthly reconciliations
- Assist in data analysis and ad-hoc admin project when required
- Perform ad hoc tasks and support data base maintenance
- Closely work with and provide support to Asia Pacific countries and China finance teams
- Provide clerical & administrative supports to the team such as expenses claim
Job requirements
- Undergraduate in finance or accounting related disciplines
- Preferably with 1-2 years experiences in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Eager to learn
- Self-initiative, independent and proactive
- Attention to details and timelines
