Day to Day Responsibilities:日常职责：In charge of all financial affairs of JV plant including project control, cost control, cash management, internal and external compliance etc.负责合资工厂的所有财务事务，包括项目控制、成本控制、现金管理、内外部合规性管理等。Co-work with JV management team to ensure delivering financial return as defined in the JV investment plan.与合资公司管理团队合作，确保实现公司投资计划中规定的财务回报。Maintain and provide project tracking report for CAPEX and project expense including budget, forecast, cash flow, and variance analysis etc.制定并提供资本性支出和项目费用支出的跟踪报告，包括预算、预测、现金流和差异分析等。Lead plant budget preparation and provide accurate forecast to ensure financial performance; provide financial analysis and proposal for business decision; support plant cost reduction initiatives.负责工厂预算的编制，并提供准确的预测以确保财务业绩；为业务决策提供财务分析和建议；为工厂降低成本计划提供支持。Manage monthly closing & reporting process; ensure accounting entries, records and documentation etc. meeting with the government/tax authority's requirements;管理月度结帐和报告程序，确保会计录入、记录和文件存档等符合政府部门和税务机关的要求； Interface with government bureaus like Tax, Statistics, AIC, SAFE and deliver required statutory reports/requirements and get prepared for government audit.负责与税务、统计、工商、外汇管理等政府部门的对接，制备政府要求的法定报告和文件，并为政府审计做好准备。Construct and maintain an effective and efficient internal controls system with good compliance and ensure adherence to approval processes.建立和维护高效、具有良好合规性的内部控制系统，并严格遵守审批程序。Recruit, train and develop finance team for project and operation phase.负责在项目筹备和运营阶段，招聘、培训和培养财务团队。Other tasks assigned.公司所分配的其他任务。Education& Experience：教育背景和工作经验： Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or related field本科或以上学历，会计或相关专业。6+ Years progressive finance related experience in manufacturing environment.6年以上制造业领域连续的财务相关经验。2-3 years in the management role in a multinational company are preferable.具有2-3年跨国公司的财务管理领导岗位工作经验者优先。Project controlling experience/JV experience is a plus有项目控制经验或合资企业经验者优先。CPA is pr
