Our client is seeking an Assistant Accountant - Dynamics 365 with significant experience in this new system to join their Finance team based in Luton.

Our client is a reputable local employer with operations across the world. A hugely international company looking to hire someone locally in Luton to strengthen their current Finance team.

Description

The Assistant Accountant - Dynamics 365 role will have a variety of duties dependent upon the individual and their expertise. It is essential that the individual has experience in the Dynamics 365 cloud based system.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with preparing the accurate management accounts, month end and year end journals, and reconciliations
  • Collaborate, assist and support the team in relating to sales ledger and Purchases Ledgers, cash management and general ledger
  • Assist and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations within the time frames and to resolve any reconciliation items
  • Stocks and costing; Prepayment & accruals; Fixed Assets; Debtors and Creditors; Cash & Banks
  • Ensure purchase order matched with invoices, and resolve the discrepancies
  • Prepare data to analysing actual, budget and variance analysis
  • Working closely with department heads, dealing with finance related queries and providing financial insight
  • Work closely to understand the requirements by auditors and provide the accurate information to ensure that the auditing process is professionally run and achieved satisfactorily.
  • Assist team to submit statutory reports (VAT Return, ECSL, lntrastat)
  • Assist preparing of monthly and quarterly management accounts and yearend financial accounts
  • Assist with the periodic budgeting and forecasting.

    The successful candidate for the Assistant Accountant - Dynamics 365 role will have significant experience in the Dynamics 365 Microsoft cloud based system. The individual must also have a strong background in accounts.

    Job Offer

    The candidate will receive a salary ranging from £25,000 - £32,000 dependent upon experience and qualification level.
