Description

As a Credit Controller based from the Woking, Surrey office you will be responsible for the below, this is a brief overview please apply for more detail

• You will take responsibility for your own ledger of accounts

• You will be targeted on improving cash flow and reducing DSO.

• Chasing payments by phone, email and letter

• Building relationships with customers

• Resolving queries and monitoring customer accounts against their agreed credit limits.

• Reporting on aged debt will also form part of this role.
• Meeting with customers on occasion if required

Profile

• Experienced credit controller

• Proven track record of aged debt reduction.

• Excellent communication skills and be confident building relationships at all levels.

• Computer literate, have strong attention to detail and be able to manage your own work load

• Experience using the SAP system is desirable but not essential

Job Offer

Salary £25,000 - £33,000, the salary range is broad as the client are considering varying levels of experience, 25 days holiday, Pension, Parking onsite and other
