Associate - Loan Agency Portfolio Management

This highly regarded investment bank has continued to embed their presence within the APAC region and are looking to engage an agency portfolio manager on a 9-month contract.
The role will work with the agency management team to help improve their customer offering and support client management.
Your regular duties could involve:
* Engaging stakeholders across areas of the business including legal counsels and finance teams to help facilitate deals whilst reviewing appropriate documentation.
* Support all functions that the bank is appointed to regarding agency management i.e. facility, security, etc.
* Ensure appropriate checks and precedents are in place prior to the confirmation of any actions made by borrowers.
* Install appropriate reporting metrics and ensure they are present for the life of the loan.
* Liaise with borrowers on any requests for amendment on current loans.
* Process day to day administration regarding loans including drawdowns, invoicing, document safekeeping, etc.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following:
* 1-3 years' experience working within syndicated debt from a loan agency perspective (project finance preferred).
* A general understanding of the end to end credit writing process and documentation requirements.
* Good analytical skills to put together agency and loan syndication documents.
* Well-developed stakeholder management skills to engage relevant parties within the organisation.
