Act as a key individual in the budget and forecasting process, including working with operational managers to develop budgets and forecasts to scrutinize against actuals.

A large SME with a strong emphasis on space management of outdoor areas, dealing with a number of large Clients nationwide.

Description

Deal with monthly budgets and forecasting whilst reporting into senior Management to analyse against actuarial data.

Aid the delivery of financial targets implemented by Senior Management.

Contribute to financial initiatives.

Production and delivery of timely management accounts.

Profile

The ability to hit the ground running.

Focused on delivering objectives and deadline driven.

Full driving licence preferred/essential due to location, prepared to travel to sites

An approachable personality whilst being able to demonstrate enthusiasm and a professional attitude to work.

Strong relationship building and communication skills, strength of character to be seen to supporting Operational managers as well as providing adequate levels of challenge to forecasts and financial performance.
