Responsibilities
1. Lead China Quote team of quotation engineers and specialists supporting new and existing business quotation activities；
2. Assist with the development, monitoring, and implementation of global quotation strategies ；
3. Track quotation progress and drive team performance to meet KPI ；
4. Conduct data analysis for trend reporting and metrics management ；
5. Manage and evaluate the implementation of Pricing softwares；
6. Facilitate regular communications with new customers for quotation activities ；
7. Host an initial customer visit when necessary；
8. Periodically review and evaluate existing procedures and processes to meet business needs 。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline
2. Plus a minimum of 7 years work experience in Sourcing, Purchasing / Materials management
3. Good knowledge in quotation, costing and supplier management is preferred
4. Experience in Electronics Contract Manufacturing along with direct leadership of a team
5. Experience in Plastics Manufacturing is a plus.
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin
