Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Advanced degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in organizational consulting, project management, and developing, presenting, implementing and evaluating programs
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment, excellent grammar and proofreading skills, attention to detail
Relevant management consulting experience related to COEs Organizational Effectiveness and Human Capital service areas.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in multiple strategic human capital areas such as workforce planning, change management, leadership development, performance management, surveys and assessments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate the rationale for changes in policies/programs to senior-level managers, leaders, and stakeholders
Can join immediately (1-month max)

Salary up to 20,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
