Senior Associate - Fund Accounting

The Firm creates customised portfolios for the world's most sophisticated investors using a highly disciplined research-focused approach that prudently integrates fund, secondary, credit, co-investments and direct investments.

Position Overview

The Investment Operations Associate / Senior Associate of the organisations Infrastructure & Real Assets in Sydney will be responsible for delivering high quality financial and operational services to our client accounts across the world while maintaining a strong control environment. In addition, the role will work closely with the broader investment team in advising clients on investments in infrastructure and associated real asset sectors globally.

This includes:
  • Fund accounting and investment administration
  • Investor reporting
  • Performance reporting including IRR, yield and attribution calculations
  • Management reporting
  • Management of third party service providers
  • Documenting, implementing, maintaining and improving firm wide governance and internal controls processes
  • Supporting the end to end investment processes including supporting relevant governance committees

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • (Associate) Experience of 2 or more years within financial services or professional accounting services firm
  • (Senior Associate) Experience of 5 or more years within financial services or professional accounting services firm
  • A Bachelor degree (or higher)
  • CA or CPA qualified
