- To conduct proper recording of business and banking transactions in the company books and systems
- To supervise daily balancing of accounts and proper accounting statements and reports
- To manage invoicing and collection of receivables and settlements of payables
- To control the inventory and fixed assets movement
- To prepare monthly payroll and pay salaries
- To supervise proper filing of income tax returns
- To reconcile bank accounts
