ControllingManager/成本控制经理

岗位职责：1. Planning / Budget: support the financial controller during the preparation of the Midterm planning, monthly budget and comparison between plan vs actual;2. Expenses controll: improve the reporting tools to better inform the department managers about their cost center expenses (highlighting the cost drivers) and improve the department manager expenses planning capabilities;3. Inventory: cooperate with SCE team and operations department to support the action plan related to stock reduction;4. Process Analysis and Internal Control: review, analyse and improve internal processes in order to strengthen compliance with company processes and procedures as well as to improve the quality of the services (data and reports) provided by the controlling team;5. Training and leadership: ensure development of controlling team through organization of trainings and development of processes and procedures. Provide guidance and leadership for new and current staff in carrying out their tasks;6. SAP: responsible for data update / accuracy in SAP CO module7. Deep knowledge of SAP is absolutely required8. Preparation of Ad hoc analysis任职要求：1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, economics, engineering or similar2. Experience in controlling and reporting in manufacturing companies in an multinational environment3. Knowledge in rail or automotive industry or similar4. Knowledge in manufacturing processes5. Knowledge in product calculation6. Knowledge in project planning & controlling7. Knowledge in Business & cash flow planning8. Good English both in writing and speaking9. Problem solving and decision making10. Process orientation
