Description

This Accounts Payable specialist role will be responsible for the following:

Invoice Entry and matching
Deal with any error resolution
Credit card statement
Collate and process expenses
Post journal allocating costs to correct ledger accounts
Payment runs
Enter and balance all payments to the cash book
Creditor bank reconciliation from GL to cash book to bank
Ensure matched transactions are cleared
Supplier statements
Deal with any invoice queries
Creditor ledger monthly review - ageing and validity
Creditor ledger reconciliation
Check supplier changes in period and ensure all changes suitably checked and authorised
VAT reports reviewed and agreed
Accounts Payable Reports
Accrue for goods returned and chase credits

Profile

The Successful Accounts Payable Specialist will require the following:

Previous experience within an Accounts Payable Function
Be immediately Available
Live within a commutable distance
Computer literate (Excel)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
