Client Details

My client are a prestigious school based in Harpenden who are looking to grow their Accounting team. You will report into a hands on and friendly bursar who is happy to offer training and progression. Your role will be to manage the whole AP function for the school and to process invoices, complete bank reconciliations and deal with queries. This is a busy and fast paced role working in a lovely environment, offering a competitive salary of up to £28,000.

Description

• Reporting into a hands on Bursar
• Owning the entire AP function
• Reconciliations to creditors' statements and the purchase ledger, prepare documents for payment
• Dealing with queries
• Manage the purchasing of supplies
• Provide administrative support to the Bursar
• Ensure statements are received and payments are made according to credit terms in place
• Prepare creditors invoices for payment, including reconciling to the creditors statement and the purchase ledger, where necessary
