The Business Development Manager for Insurance is responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy for the insurance products and supporting the growth of existing insurance products. Strategic Planning ·         To formulate a short, medium and long term business plan for the company's insurance business, and to promote the development of the business growth of insurance in China, set up sales targets and market strategies. ·         Budgeting, forecasting sales and market costs; Business Development ·         Collaborate closely with the product development team and Sales team to develop, expand and deepen the development of the company's insurance business, formulate relevant business objectives, bundling strategies and guide the sales team to complete the insurance business objectives. Create and maintain good relations with strategic partners, and develop dealer network throughout the country; ·         Training and Team Development Collaboration with the training team to train sales team to negotiate with dealers; ·         Assess the sales performance of regional sales in insurance business and give sufficient support to achieve objectives. Risk Management ·         Assess the risk status of insurance business, and provide reference for management decision-making. Benchmark ·         Check the effectiveness and competitiveness of products supplied to dealers based on feedback from dealers, DFIMs and sales team. ·         Conduct customer satisfaction, customer needs analysis and industry competition analysis, and formulate corresponding plans. Business Optimization ·         Establish and standardize process management mechanisms, optimize business processes and models, and improve production efficiency.   Bachelor degree or above in insurance, finance or related field. ·         More than 8 years of experience in automobile or insurance industry. ·         Strategic marketing and negotiation skills. ·         Customer relationship management and dealer management capability. ·         Skilled use of office software; ·         Fluency in spoken and written English;
