Working place: Viettel Building, 285 CMT8 Street, Ward 12, District 10
Working hour: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Direct Reporting: Manager, Financial Business Line Controlling
Main tasks:
- Prepare and send Clients monthly finance reporting (A&P expenses, Discount, FOC, Samples, ERF, others) from 12 to 15 Clients.
- Ensure all the charges stated in the Distribution Agreement is respected. - Follow up Clients' feedback on report and billing.
- Monitor/follow up the collection from Clients for due bills.
- Clear booking, receipt vs billed on SAP.
- Investigate and feedback to Client re. normal finance operating issues.
- Support monthly closing task for FA.
Requirement:
- 1 - 2 years working experience at the same position.
- University graduated in Finance & Accounting.
- Knowledgeable in Exact system is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
