Head of Tax -China My client is one of the biggest property group in Asian and it is well known for its steady growth and caring culture.This role will acting head of tax to handle all tax related matters, e.g. tax planning and consulting, formulating tax strategy客户简介My client is one of the biggest property group in Asian and it is well known for its steady growth and caring culture.工作内容1、制订和完善集团税务管理制度和其他涉税规章制度；3、组织实施集团内有关职能部门、各公司识别、评估，监测日常税务风险并采取对应措施；4、指导和监督有关职能部门、各项目公司开展税务管理工作，并提供税务咨询；5、建立集团内部的税务管理信息和沟通机制；6、搜素整理国家最新财税政策的变化，组织税务培训；7、指导各项目公司负责税务同事处理日常税务事项，以及审核涉税业务资料并监督按有关规定进行申报或备案；8、审核国家有关税收政策并结合各项目公司实际情况制订相应税收实施方案，并负责指导、监督与落实；9、指导各公司负责税务同事与主管税务局和稽查局的接洽、协调和沟通应对工作，并代表集团出席有关重大会议；10、合理利用税收政策，加强各项目公司经营活动的税务筹划，每季对纳税申报、税负进行综合分析，有效控制税收成本，提高税务管理效益；11、其它税务风险管理职责以及上级交待的工作。理想的求职者Over 12 years working experiences in Taxideally with firm backgroundUnderstanding and experiences in property indsutryExcellent communication, good Englsih福利待遇My client is one of the biggest property group in Asian and it is well known for its steady growth and caring culture.This role will acting head of tax to handle all tax related matters, e.g. tax planning and consulting, formulating tax strategy.Stable platform + downtown location + good cultureTo apply online please click the Apply button below.
