National UK charity, recruiting a senior finance business partner to work closely with non finance to help aid decision making.

Client Details

This national charity are well known across the UK and have been supporting individuals with hearing difficulties for over 100 years. They provide support, research into new technology and also raise awareness for hearing issues across the country. Having gone through a period of change over the last few months, they are looking to recruit a senior finance business partner to provide decision making support to the wider organisation.

Description

• Finance business partnering of key budget holders across the organisation including detailed financial analysis and presentation of management accounts

• Working across the business partnering team to develop and improve management information

• Managing a junior finance business partner

• Management accounting responsibilities as required

Profile

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar) with strong management reporting and business partnering capabilities that can be evidenced through experience. Building relationships with colleagues across the business at all levels is essential, as is the ability to manipulate and present complex financial information to non-finance. Applications from all sectors are welcomed but experience of working within the not-for-profit sector would be beneficial.

Job Offer

Salary - £40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits
