Description

Payroll Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing the payroll team to ensure all members meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
• Running multiple payrolls of varying size
• Providing internal and external stakeholders with specialist knowledge and advice
• Manage the monthly work-flow
• Manual calculations
• Human resource responsibilities where required
• Monthly reporting to service level and board level management
• Process improvement

Profile

Payroll Manager Requirements:

• Previous involvement in payroll and benefits processing essential
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of running payroll; HMRC, SSP, SMP, PAYE, RTI, Pension Processing, etc
• Experience working within both a finance and HR environment
• Strong stakeholder management
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to liaise and help with client payroll matters
