For our Client, an international company, we are seeking candidates for the position of GL Accountant to join a new team located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be in charge of oversee the General Ledger accounting, prepare reports, meet timelines for periodic end closing processes, review Balance Sheet reconciliations, support internal audit process and ensure that all actions are done in accordance with local requirements and standards. In addition, you will be responsible for taking part in transition process, supporting other departments and seeking continuous improvements.
We are looking for candidates with more than 2 years of professional experience on a similar position. Fluent English and good knowledge of Polish language is a must. In addition, this position requires understanding of US GAAP and IFRS. Previous experience with Oracle and any ACCA/CIMA/CPA will be a huge advantage. The ideal candidate should be a well-organized and collaborative person.
