Finance Manager (Jingan) As the finance leader of this company, this role will a finance team for about 4 people and report to HK finance controller directly.Manage overall accountant things and help to drive company's business performance in China.Client DetailsOur client is the leader in new energy industry and company's business performance gross fast in recently. With booming business performance, it will continually expand the business area in China.DescriptionReview and ensure that accounting books and records of legal entities in China / Beijing Representative offices are properly kept, and all required statutory financial and statistical returns are prepared accurately and filed timely;- Liaise with the internal and external auditors to provide information and resolve issues;- Plan, review and ensure tax returns for China / Beijing Representative offices are prepared accurately, in accordance with agreed principles & legislation and filed timely. Lead tax review and planning for China by working together with the Corporate Tax Team & external consultants;- Development, maintenance and update of transfer price documentation for China;- Co-ordinate with Corporate Tax and Accounting in group tax accounting & reporting for China, e.g. quarterly tax schedules;- Ensure all documentation required by the Sarbanes Oxley Act for the region is maintained and updated properly and timely;- Ensure internal control is sufficient in all major areas of operations in China, and ensure strict compliance in local finance & foreign exchange laws and regulations. Alert management for any change of local rules & regulations that may affect Shanghai and Beijing Rep office;- Maintain relationships with banks at managerial and higher levels & resolve issues;- Ensure the cash flow forecast is prepared in high quality to support the treasury decision-making;- Timely review of customer credit to minimise late payment & bad debt; alert management promptly on credit exceptions, and work with the Credit Committee to recommend recovery actions and subsequent follow up actions;-Supervise, motivate and develop the Finance team in China;- Assist Manager, Finance & IT for ad hoc projects. Profile University degree in business, accounting or related discipline, MBA preferred Minimum5--8 years' experience, preferably with a big 4 accounting firm or sizeable multinational company Exceptional knowledge in international accounting standards, statutory reporting and internal control assessments; experience in Sarbanes Oxley preferred Experienced at ERP system Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese ; Good team player Job OfferGood development career path in current companyStrong Finance leader supportGood salary increase annuallyTo apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
