An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a not for profit and charities organisation with an important moral message and goal, based from Cambridge. Within this role the Finance Manager will play a significant role within the global finance team responsible for the finances across a number of different countries, liaising with international teams and providing a fantastic career step.

Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • The financial planning and management accounts across a number of global sites
  • Reviewing the management accounts for oversea offices
  • Ongoing forecasts for the organisation alongside reviewing the treasury management
  • Balance sheet reconciliations for the business group accounts
  • Producing financial plans and budgets alongside overseas offices
  • Leading the donor budgeting process
  • Producing detailed and analytical reports to be shared with the wider organisation
  • Leading, managing and supporting the current finance team
  • Reviewing the international cash requirements

Profile

The successful Finance Manager will:

  • Previous not for profit experience would be beneficial
  • Part-Qualified in either ACCA, CIMA or ACA
  • Hold a Finance degree or the equivalent
  • Hold clear experience and show examples of excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Have prior project and budget management experience
  • Have been exposed to multi-national experience
  • Be interested in overseas development
