Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk duties and responsibilities;
- Processing invoices, clearing a current backlog
- Dealing with and resolving invoice queries
- Confirming new vendors details
- Ensuring 100% compliance with suppliers and invoices
- Manage supplier payments
Profile
- Experienced in a similar purchase ledger/ accounts payable role
- Used to dealing with suppliers via the phone
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working on excel and other Microsoft suite packages
