Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk duties and responsibilities;

  • Processing invoices, clearing a current backlog
  • Dealing with and resolving invoice queries
  • Confirming new vendors details
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with suppliers and invoices
  • Manage supplier payments

Profile

  • Experienced in a similar purchase ledger/ accounts payable role
  • Used to dealing with suppliers via the phone
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working on excel and other Microsoft suite packages
