Position SY001: Accounting Section ManagerDepartment: Finance Dept.Report Chain: Directly report to GM of the CompanySubordinates:-Accountant-CashierResponsibility:1) In charge of actual finance accounting, follow up Chinese GAAP and company policy, make sure accounting booking and data is correct.2) Provide accurate reporting and analysis data to management team, support to improve business profitability and production capability.3) Tracking project P&L, project cost and production cost, support to improve the cost structure and cost down.Key Tasks:1) Participate in ERP launching, work as the key user to setup and maintain the financial master data and related other module consulting.2) Establish and develop accounting regulation and standardize financial operation procedure, which are in line with the company policy.3) Responsible for daily work of accounting department, and to solve the accounting issues in routine work, and improve accounting performance.4) Lead the team work, and monitor and adjust the team members' accountabilities and responsibilities, provide the subordinates with professional training and guide.5) Lead and monitor month-end closing activities, review closing checklist to ensure smooth close process per Silveryachts schedule.6) Review the accounting data, include GL, FA, AP, AR and Cost etc. Prepare balance sheet, income statement and the cash flow statement monthly, and finish Silveryachts report on time.7) Work with internal and external auditors to ensure proper audit coverage, evaluate audit findings and implement corrective actions if necessary.8) Work with team to coordinate with the tax bureau to smoothly deal with all tax issues required and identify.9) Provide financial analysis for decision making and development of organization business when necessary.10) Regularly review and improve internal control and the compliance of procedures.
