Leadership:
 Actively demonstrating WorleyParsons values and behaviours and contribute to achieving the OneWay vision;
 Day to day finance partner to the Location Leadership Team and representative of the Finance function to the Operations; Open and clear dialogue regarding Location results with the Location Director, RMD, Finance Controller and Finance Director;
 Lead the Finance Function in strategy, capability and day to day operational delivery;
 Works closely with joint venture partners and related parties to understand their financial results and forecasts and ensures compliance with agreements;
 Position and steward the implementation of Finance approved strategies, policies and processes in Location to ensure consistent Group-wide best practice is delivered;
 Leads benchmarking to identify continuous improvement opportunities to systems, processes , cost reduction and general challenge to the status quo; and
 Oversight of the planning, directing and coordinating of the Location accounting and administration functions.
