Responsibilities:

  • An aptitude for managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and general commercial skills
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
  • Enthusiastic work ethic and willingness to learn new capabilities
  • Origination and maintenance of commercial relationships within the Infrastructure sector


Requirements:

  • Experience in M&A or corporate finance
  • Demonstrated ability in developing commercial framework, procurement and tender strategy, overseeing financial modelling and tender assessment
  • Experience in client facing roles, with excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop, manage and leverage client relationships effectively
  • Management and coordination of junior staff across teams and experience of upward management
  • A keen interest in working on large scale public infrastructure transactions
