Your role
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?
You'll:
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements & preparation of expense reports
- Maintain daily calendars/agenda of meeting, events and conference calls
- Handle correspondence
- Compile information/metrics, prepare documents and presentation material
Your team
You'll be working with a team of 10 bankers including 2 senior bankers.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- At least 5 years secretarial experience with senior or top management, investment banking experience preferred
- Excellent PC skills - MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills including excellent telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and motivated
- Able to manage a multitude of tasks effectively, efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent Written and Spoken English and preferably with good Mandarin, this is not essential but when booking travel, cars etc. in china it would be an advantage
- The ideal candidate will possess common sense and the ability to juggle numerous tasks
- Not afraid of working until the job is done and have worked in a high pressured environment before
