CFO, growing HK based property Investment

You'll be working for a reputable market-leader within the Property Investment Industry who is looking for a CFO to be based in Hong Kong with travel to PRC . Your new role
In this job you'll be responsible for managing a growing team. You'll oversee the development and implementation of finance systems . You'll be responsible for coaching and monitoring the accounting and finance team. You'll manage and maintain productive relationships with external stakeholders and establish the brand and value of the team.


What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience as a Senior Finance professional with experience in Property Investments.
• Excellent time management skills and a proven track record in establishing relationships with stakeholders

As a proactive, innovative, and commercially driven individual, you will be very familiar with IPO, Fund Raising and directly impact the business
