Risk and Governance Analyst - Leading Bank (London)

A Leading Bank is current seeking a Risk and Governance Analyst to join their IT Risk Management team in London.

The role reports to the Head of IT Risk and Governance and is part of the team responsible for maintenance of IT risk register, Audit tracker approved document list and audit coordination roles and management of all IT Risk related matters and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong organisational skills is required as this role will require the co-ordination of a variety of IT process assurance and produce monthly reports to the senior management.
• Coordinate external and internal audit requests to teams which is including face to face meeting arrangement, evidence submission, chase any delays and report progress to senior management periodically
• Provide ad-hoc support to the IT Risk and Governance team for cyclical activities such as monthly reporting and audit management

Education / Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is useful, in particular Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly in e-mail and face to face is essential
• Good organizational skills and time management skills are essential
• Ability to build, maintain and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet set deadlines as and when required

Ideally holding or studying at least one of these certificate:

• CRISC, ISO9001/27001 Lead auditor, CISM, CISA or equivalent
