The Senior Consultant will be accountable to provide guidance and coaching to Operational teams to improve the quality of the services being provided to customers . He/She would be expected to bring efficiencies and process improvements to ensure delivery predictability and enhance client satisfaction for the processes within his/her purview.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Contribute to the design and amendment of quality improvement processes
* Identify, develop, and facilitate quality improvement activities across all processes partnering with Operational teams to raise capabilities
* Ongoing review, development and delivery of quality framework
* Providing specialist advice and coaching in respect to quality service delivery to increase capability across the organisation
* Contribute to the growth and profitability of the business segment.
This is a very hands on and a varied role offering great exposure and is an exciting opportunity to work for a market leader.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Lean six sigma and Blackbelt certification is highly desirable
* Minimum 7 years experience in process improvements preferably in Outsourcing/Shared Service/Public sector environment.
* Leadership, capability building and coaching/mentoring skills.
* Customer focused approach with strong relationship building skills.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
