A well known business, with impression staff retention, are recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team.

Description

As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and accompanying analysis.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: complete the weekly stock reconciliation including investigating any variances; review P&L performance; variance analysis and commentary; complete balance sheet reconciliations; annual budget preparation and review; rolling 12 monthly forecast; liaising with various internal and external stakeholders; managing cash flow.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA - or have equivalent experience - Essential
• Have recent knowledge of working in a varied finance role - Essential
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
• Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
