An exciting high-growth series B technology business, fast becoming one of the most recognisable brands in their field, are recruiting an FP&A Manager to support their commercial reporting and analysis while building the team based in London.
Client Details
My client is a rapidly growing technology firm based in London, near to London Bridge/Southwark. Having experienced expansion internationally and through major joint venture agreements they are quickly becoming and instantly recognisable brand. As a result of this growth they are now recruiting an FP&A Manager to build a commercial team and support the continued growth strategy of the business.
Description
As the FP&A Manager at this technology business you will be responsible for designing commercial reports, developing analysis and models, as well as building a team in London. Your key responsibilities will include:
- To develop and implement a robust and accurate forecast model;
- Work with the reporting team to improve processes and accuracy of information to increase performance visibility;
- Undertake analysis of investment or growth initiatives and make recommendations as appropriate;
- Develop and run ongoing KPI analysis and monthly performance reporting;
- Support M&A activity managing relevant internal and external relationships;
- Establish a business partnering culture and recruit/build an FP&A team.
Profile
A strong applicant for this FP&A Manager position will be:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
- Possess strong excel and modelling skills, specifically in relation to building forecast models;
- Have a background in process and report design to facilitate KPI analysis;
- Show a track record of investment appraisal work;
- Demonstrate some level of exposure to M&A activity;
- Be commercially minded and have an excellent ability to business partner.
Job Offer
The offer to the successful candidate will be:
- £70,000-£90,000 depending on experience;
