Finance Sox Accountant

This role sits in the corporate audit department, the purpose of the role is to improve the overall business by providing objective assurance of SOX controls. Deliver the report or insourcing of SOX activities (ELC) and (PLC) ensuring continuous compliance.

My client are a multinational, household brand specialising in the manufacturing sector with a large finance function situated near Bracknell. With a team of four within the risk and compliance department, you will become a key member of the team that controls all aspects of reporting to SOX standards.

Description

The FinanceSox Accountant will plan, deliver and report in-sourcing ofSOX activities ( Entity Level Controls - (ELC) and Process level Controls (PLC)), ensuring continued successful compliance, support the Corporate Audit team where necessary on specific activities and support in adhoc financial compliance and consultancy across the business as required.

Profile

You will be a technical accountant that has had prior experience with SOX, however, this is not essential. You will be qualified (ACA,ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

If you have a practice background and have audited inline with SOX, this would be advantageous.
