Main responsibilities/Permanent objectives主要职责/长期目标

1.Manage accounting team, supervises day to day accounting transactions and ensure timely and complete recording of all financial transactions
管理会计团队，主导会计业务确保所有会计记录的及时性和完整性。
2.Responsible for monthly closing，preparation and submission of monthly financial reports in accordance with group policies, Swiss GAAP and PRC GAAP. Ensuring submit report timely, completely and accurately.
负责月结，准备和提交符合集团政策、瑞士会计准则和中国会计准则的报告，确保其完整性、准确性和及时性。
3.Responsible for finance policy, procedure, accounting rule implementation, maitainance and updating
负责财务制度、流程及会计制度的执行、维护和更新。
4.Coordinate with group treasury on bank facility and cash pooing process, and supervise monthly cash flow statement and - forecast to ensure healthy cash position
与集团资金协调银行贷款和现金池情况，并主导月度资金预测确保健康的现金流
5.Resposible for the monthly forecasts, support for annual budget and management reports based on input from and in collaboration with management and monitor results and analyze and reconcile variances.
负责月度预测，配合完成年度预算及相关的管理报表，结果分析和协调差异。
6.Be responsible for fixed assets management, ensure Capex under control.
负责固定资产管理确保资本性支出得到控制。
7.Ensure tax issue satisfy the requirement of China tax policy
确保税务事项符合中国税法的要求
8.Be responsible for R+D 150% deduction collection and booking, audit, tax application, etc. Support for Hi-Tech application and maitainance issue.
负责研发费用加计扣除费用收集、台账的整理、审计及税务备案等工作。同时协助完成高新技术企业的申请和维护。
9.Know well about related information in QEHS of this position, such as identification of EHS environment factors and hazard, solid waste classification and chemical management and so on.
了解本岗位有关的环保、职业健康及安全的内容（如环境因素及危险源识别，固体废弃物分类，化学品管理等等）
10.Other assignments as requested by supervisor

Competencies required for the position岗位要求
Knowledge/Training/Experiences知识/培训/经验:
1. Degree in Accounting or Finance Management
会计或财务管理学位
2. Over 3 year experience in finance supervisor, 1 years working experience in Hi-tech enterprise.
三年以上财务主管工作经验，一年高新技术企业经验。
3. Be familiar with IFRS and RPC GAAP，tax policy
熟悉国际会计准则、中国会计准则、税法
4. Be proactive, team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility, be able to work work under pressure
积极主动，良好的团队合作精神和很强的责任感，能在压力下工作。
5. Be able to work independently and Self Motivated
能够独立工作和自我激励
6. Task-oriented, with good communication skill and leadership
任务导向，良好的沟通技能和管理能力
