Reporting to the Head of Client Onboarding, you will be responsible for:
  • Support the HK Business for both new client onboarding and periodic reviews
  • Ensure adherence to the onboarding process with local requirements and regulatory classifications
  • Work with local and regional team to discuss any process improvements that are needed
  • Work with Front Office and clients on onboarding process and existing client reviews
  • Communicate onboarding status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage in ad hoc projects

To be a successful candidate, you will have the following:
  • At least 4 years of expereince handling end to end client onboarding and KYC process
  • Expereince in handling corporate/ institutional clients
  • Sound mknowledge on KYC regulatory requirements and regualtory classifications such as MiFID, Dodd Frank and FATCA etc.
  • Communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is a highly preferred
