Job Responsibilities:
•Supervise team with 12 to 30 processors; manage their day-to-day performance to promote employees' career development; plan and execute activities to enhance employee engagement.
•Learn to master workflows and experiences on client management to implement, design and optimize workflows and processes.
•Interact with new clients to support business development and improve client's satisfaction.
Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years' experience
•Bachelor degree and above
•Good English communication skills in written and verbal
•Good problem solving skills and strong compression capability
•Eager to accept challenge
