Overview
Working within the Risk, Compliance & Professional Standards Department, you will be responsible principally for supporting the Risk & Compliance function.
Duties and responsibilities
- provide administration support within the Risk, Compliance & Professional Standards Department;
- administration of daily internal and international conflict checks;
- work collaboratively across all areas within the team to maximise the contribution;
- assistance with scheduling internal training sessions and roll out across national office;
- support the team in the preparation of collateral – e.g. training material, technical guidance, proposals etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
- general ad-hoc duties.
Required skills and experience
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- meticulous attention to detail, an organiser and planner – can prioritise work;
- able to work in a team;
- good with and interested in people –courteous, friendly, positive;
- able to work under pressure, flexible, multi task and use own initiative while keeping manager up to date on progress;
- high level of confidentiality;
- good telephone manner;
- ability to communicate professionally and articulately at all levels; and
- flexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
