岗位职责:
1. Main team goals include the globally consistent analysis of audited financial statements, business plans, and other financial information via proprietary financial models to mitigate supplier risk
2. Activities include risk assessment, financial analysis, interpretation of accounting, global GAAP adjustments, forecasting, viability analysis, cash flow assessment, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
3. Responsible for evaluating the financial status all privately held strategic suppliers on an annual basis. This includes managing the process of financial data collection, analyzing audited statements, interviewing supplier executives and formulating projections to properly assess risk.
4. Required to regularly build and deliver presentations highlighting the results of financial analysis to internal stakeholders to drive positive sourcing decisions.
5. Responsible for the timely aggregation and dissemination of relevant distressed supplier news developments to decision makers.
6. Regularly interface with global financial analysts, the Purchasing Organization and other local parties.
7. Develop constructive relationships with global suppliers' key financial managers to ensure the timely and smooth flow of financial information.
8. As necessary, perform other related duties of which the above are representative, including adhering to annual expectations for the Global Financial Analysis & Supplier Evaluation team as established by corporate headquarters.
