Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports,footnotes and partner capital statements
- Compiling and analysis of financial information underlying the financial statements, including the treatment of business transactions.
- Recording transactions in financial accounting system, including bookkeeping for purchase and sales invoices, bank reconciliations, and analysis of fund transactions
- Review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials, administration work including preparing fund correspondence and notices
- Participate in the implementation of fund structures onto the accounting system
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 1+ years of public/private accounting work experience (full sets of accounts)
