  • The Senior Credit Decision Systems Manager will report to the Head of Risk Analytics & Decision Systems
  • Primarily, the role will be responsible for managing the CDE (Credit Decision Engine) and Portfolio TRIAD systems which supports unsecured credit decisions
  • Any Credit Policy change is updated periodically with new / enhanced policies, scorecards and non-score models as they are developed by the Risk Team
  • Management of Decision Systems would be end to end with engagement with multiple stakeholders across the bank, from Risk Analytics, Risk Policy, GCT (Global Consumer Technology) and other various business stakeholders
  • Additionally, the role focuses on technology changes within the Credit Risk team requiring strategic thinking and best practice solutions to deliver on changes such as periodical credit policy changes, Comprehensive Credit Reporting, leveraging alternate data assets for credit decisions as well as Open Banking data usage
Key Accountabilities include:
  • Work with business and other respective stakeholders to develop best practice technology solutions to support credit decisions across the customer credit lifecycle other respective stakeholders to develop best practice technology solutions to support credit decisions across the customer credit lifecycle

  • Collaborate with Risk Policy Team and other relevant business stakeholders to gather any credit engine changes requirements. Capture and document any changes to unsecured credit policy and work with Regional Stakeholders to get necessary changes coded into respective systems

Qualifications

  • At least 5+yrs experience in Credit Risk Management role or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of unsecured credit policies and processes
  • Understanding of consumer lending principles and consumer credit lifecycle
  • Detailed knowledge of Credit Decision processes and respective credit decision engines
  • Experience with statistical analytical tools such as SAS, R, Python
  • Ability to manage key stakeholders at varying levels of the organization
  • Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics
