Senior Risk and Governance Analyst - Leading Bank (London)

A Leading Bank is current seeking a Senior Risk and Governance Analyst to join their IT Risk Management team in London.

The role will consistent of assisting redefining the IT risk management process which is currently reactive to proactive risk management. This will include the establishment of a defined risk management process including control self-assessments which will enable early identification and mitigation of emerging risk.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a recognised IT control universe which will be used to document expected and existing controls which will further assist in identifying control gaps, risks and defining relevant treatment plans to mitigate identified risks.

The Risk and Governance Analyst will be accountable for the delivery of assigned IT risk or governance related initiative (for example, COBIT, Annual IT risk evaluation, FFIEC, SOX audit and etc). This person will also be responsible for ensuring high quality deliverables for audit and risk related response especially when data is going out to outside of ESO

Experience Required:

• Significant experience in auditing or risk management or control quality assurance
• Experience in setting up, managing and enhancing IT control in a large organisation.
• Good understanding of Sarbanes Oxley act and able to validate various IT controls for the compliance
• Creating report for various stakeholders
• Ideally holding at least one of these certificate: CRISC, ISO9001/27001 Lead auditor, CISM, CISA or equivalent
