Talent Recruiter job for a Multinational Research firm to drive their Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Your new company
We are partnering with a reputable listed Research Consultancy firm and they are expanding their business and is now looking for a Talent Recruiter to achieve their HR objectives and join their dynamic workforce.

Your new role
As the key member of the team, you will be reporting the Recruitment Manager of APAC. This is a regional role as you will be working with the team in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo and Seoul Korea. You will working closely with the team to recruit roles such as Client Servicing Consultants, Project Management and Campus Recruitment. You will be in charge of talent attraction: effectively identify, source and screen candidates to build a strong pipeline. You will be responsible in candidate management, screen applications, conducting phone interviews and schedule arrangements. You will partner with key members of the team and any ad hoc projects in line.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Have at least 1 - 2 years of relevant HR Talent Acquisition experience
• Commercially minded individual with proven recruitment experience
• Previously worked in recruitment agencies or in-house recruitment will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
• Strong in stakeholder engagement and communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
