Description
This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include:
- Create new accounts and input relevant information
- Processing of invoices
- Monitor supplier status processing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Record bank payments and allocate to invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaise with suppliers and deal with queries
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be able a strong communicator - Essential
- Have basic MS Excel skills - Essential
- Have a strong attention to detail - Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay from £21,000 to £25,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
