This is a newly created role as Interim Finance Director to deliver change across a complex public sector organisation based in Yorkshire and the Humber. This is a senior level role with a broad portfolio of work to deliver.

There is ongoing change across this organisation as a whole and the Interim Finance Director will be taking a lead at a strategic level for this from a financial perspective.

There is a large team to work with and so the successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record across their career of delivering organisational change incorporating both systems and processes, but more importantly delivering this change through people and bringing people together to work under a common vision.

Profile

Ideally candidates for this role will have a proven track record of using their accountancy skills to deliver change and will have gained this experience within a wider public sector background (NHS/Government/Local Authority etc).

Candidates must be fully qualified ( ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CIPFA )

Candidates will need to be available to start a role within Yorkshire before the end of the year.

Job Offer

A generous daily rate inside of IR35 so candidates will need to work via an umbrella company or PAYE.
