岗位职责:•Develop and keep updated financial models for HCP projects including, but not limited to, management contracts for hospitals, clinics, postpartum centers and other projects;•Monitor performance of HCP projects and HCP HQ vis-à-vis budgets and ensure accurate projections•Model and develop alternative payor models for related HCP-projects and other projects;•Help develop relationships with insurance firms as necessary;•Produce operational and financial reports for managers on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of the HCP business unit;•Implement and maintain corporate provided standard financial processes and reporting;•Produce and submit financial reports and management accounting reports in the established corporate timeframes;•Ensure the integrity of financial data and delivery of accuracy and timely financial results;•Supervise the local audit activities and participate in the quarterly business reviews to ensure the business are managed properly and any commercial risks are identified and managed;•Promote the awareness and compliance of business/financial internal controls and best practices at HCP project companies; and•Other projects assigned by management. 任职资格:Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree required •Master's degree preferred•5+ years' working experience in finance, banking, and/or accountingKnowledge and Skills:Direct practical experience in financial modeling, projections, valuations, and accountingSuperior Excel and PowerPoint skillsAble to present data to senior management in understandable formatsKnowledge of valuation methodologies and corporate finance conceptsFluent in Chinese and English
