Day to day:
Managing the selection process from job brief, assessment, reference checking through to offer
Relationship management and consulting with clients regarding recruitment needs.
Maximising sales opportunities with current and prospective clients.
Maintain a contact cycle with newly placed candidates and clients to foster retention.
Utilise effective database management, ensuring activities are accurately recorded in line with company requirements
About you:
A minimum two years exposure to Agency Recruitment.
An ability to manage, build and create strong relationships with your soft touch skills.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills coupled with computer literacy.
High attention to detail.
Professional presentation skills and strong business acumen.
A passion for sales and competitive drive that will see you progress through the various stages of your Kelly life.
