Bring your HR operational model development experience to design and deliver organisational readiness activities across this complex university environment.
Working with this leading University you will be responsible for the design and delivery of organisational readiness activities across a complex working environment. Your role will see you contribute to program level readiness and integration activities across HR related projects.
Key accountabilities
Lead the Organisational Readiness activities across a large program of work, including a technology solution design and implementation
Using current change management thinking, approaches and activities to determine optimal readiness approaches and plans
Produce readiness documents for the project in adherence with University governance requirements
Identify and manage integration and inter-dependencies points across all projects across the wider program
Work closely with the program communications lead to ensure consistency of messaging
Ensure project stakeholder engagement is coordinated with program level engagement where appropriate
Experience and skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver in a complex environment and with experience managing change for multiple projects within large transformation programs of work
Experience in leading change for projects developing and implementing bespoke HR technology solutions, including the development of HR operational models
Extensive experience and knowledge of change management principals and methodologies and their delivery
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop professional working relationships, effectively resolve conflict and operate in a matrix reporting environment
Experience working in the higher education sector is highly desirable
