Description:
The position is a core member of the Global Finance team and will be supporting the APAC Finance Leader and Management team. He/She will manage a FP&A team based in Singapore and India and is expected to provide regional financial report consolidation and analysis for total annual revenue portfolio of ~USD600mil to USD800mil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial commitments (P&L, working capital and cash flow) are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct, supervise and coordinate financial analysis to help drive the business including growth and financial profitability through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Provide financial guidance to the leadership team for all activities of the business, including strategic analysis, specific deal analysis, deal modeling, contract reviews and cost control.
  • Prepare and review reports on historical and future trends in performance and provide analysis to management.
  • Provide guidance and leadership support to multiple departments/functions on forecasting and planning practices and procedures.
  • Working with regional management, identify and implement process improvements for maximizing regional profitability and operating efficiency with a goal of maximizing return on investment.
  • Support APAC Finance Leader in developing, coordinating, maintaining and managing the regional MOS (through the AOP and STRAP process), forecasting and monthly variance analysis (line of business, revenue analysis, geographic analysis, cost analysis, and working capital and cash flow) and communicate results.
  • ODM inventory management - activities will include the development of SOP, ensure accuracy (monthly reconciliation) and compliance. Working closely with buyers and sourcing to provide financial acumen to manage ODM process decisions
  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and provide ageing visibility of WIP/In-transit ageing will be required
  • Primary contact for ISC related questions from Internal/External auditors


Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting
  • At least 10 years of experience in a MNC with FP&A exposure in both commercial finance and ISC finance in manufacturing and procurement environments
  • Hand on experience with HFM/HSP and ERP (primarily SAP)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven record of strong business acumen and business partnering skills
  • Positive attitude and strategic thinking, able to "think forward" and "think outside the box"
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Work well under pressure and tight schedule
