Job Responsibilities:
  • Call and follow up with customers on Mortgage and Hire Purchase delinquent account
  • Conduct customer verification and provide customer with information required to make payment via different modes of payment channel.
  • Ensure customers' enquires are responded to within the Service Level Agreement
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Management


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant collection experience
  • Degree or diploma holder
  • Past experience in Mortgage and Hire Purchase products will be an advantage
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
