Group CRES, Mission Critical Facility Head

Job Responsibility
1.Responsible for Engineering, Project Management and Facility Management for Mission Critical Facilities, such as Data Center (DC) globally.
2.Manage Mission Critical Facilities' Uptime, quality, physically security and necessary deliverables to meet if not exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
3.Manage all audits for Mission Critical Facilities, such as ISO270001, SS564, OSPAR and etc.
4.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specific requirements
5.Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Cyclical Replacement of critical equipment.
6.Manage capacity planning and portfolio growth.
7.Supervising Change Advisory Board meetings and Problem Management Review Committee sessions
8.Develop and review programmes to achieve maximum cost efficiency of the facilities systems with creativity and innovation method such as, standardisation, re-organization, process improvement and automation.
9.Manage an Operation team to support DC Operations (Includes 24-7 onsite support and Specialist)
10.Lead a team of MEP engineers responsible for conceptualising, designing, fitting out and commissioning of all critical infrastructures.
11.Perform energy audit, establish and champion energy efficiency projects and campaign.
12.Manage and partner with Procurement on Tender bids, approvals and awards;
13.Analysis tender bids, perform Return of Investment and Total Cost of Ownership.
14.Management of project outsourcing activities from vendor selection, negotiations, performance review to contract closing. Monitoring change in business activities and subsequent impact on company's IT infrastructure
15.Manpower planning & Budgetary controls;
16.Setup and chair energy, Green and sustainability program for all Mission Critical Facilities.
17.Partner with Marketing department to establish long term sustainability plan.
18.Provide periodic updates/report to the related stakeholders and Management;

Requirements
1.Possess degree in relevant fields from recognised
2.At least 15 years experience in management of large scale Mission Critical facilities.
3.Experience and knowledge in design, plan, build and operate experience for large scale Mission Critical facility
4.Must have strong understanding in building legislations and industry standards such as TIA-942A, SS564 and OSPAR.
5.Ability to work independently as well has make logical decisions
6.Experience implementing standards based programs
7.Experience of implementing outsourced Project and Facility team.
8.Experience of managing a large insource and outsourced team.
9.Strong leadership, organisational and negotiation skills
10.Ability to travel to countries around the region
